Job Title: Digital Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Designer to join our team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective digital designs that meet our client's needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Create digital assets to support interactive campaigns, including email, microsites, landing pages, social media, e-commerce channels, online banner advertising, and other projects.
    • Develop engaging and great-looking user interface designs that meet user flows, customer-centric design principles, and brand guidelines.
    • Collaborate with project managers, content strategists, copywriters, and UX designers to ensure seamless design integration.
    • Propose and present sound rationale for your work, demonstrating a solid understanding of user flows, digital best practices, and user requirements.
    • Produce basic motion graphics and videos for social channels.
    • Ensure all work is aligned with digital best practices and meets the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a digital designer.
  • Basic motion graphics and video editing skills.
  • Experience in producing e-commerce assets, digital and social media content, and a varied portfolio.
  • Delivered B2C digital collateral in a fast-paced and iterative environment.
  • Excellent understanding of technical constraints and design regulations for e-commerce, user interface designs, and social media assets.
  • Ability to work comfortably as part of an onsite team.
  • Confidence to present clear design rationale with your work.
  • Highly self-motivated and well-organized individual with a keen interest in the latest digital trends.
  • Passion for and inquisitive about AI and new technologies.
  • Understanding and knowledge of AI tools beneficial, but ability to learn and digest benefits and features critical.
