Job Description

Seeking a senior modeler to lead and coordinate structural modeling efforts for our client. The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit, Tekla, and SDS/2, as well as a strong understanding of structural design principles.

The successful applicant will be responsible for producing high-quality structural drawings and models, executing project plans, and communicating effectively with clients and project teams.

  • Develop and implement modeling standards and procedures to ensure quality and accuracy of models.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional: Revit for Structural Design.
  • 3+ years of full-time work experience in structural design.
  • Proficiency in mid-sized structural projects ($5M - $50M).
  • Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, wood, light gauge, and/or masonry design.
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills.
