Job Description- Gather supporting documents from clients and follow up on missing documents from the checklist.
- Complete client details through follow-up if incomplete.
- Compare products and make pricing requests for both active and aftercare clients.
- Enter data into Flex and apply online data entry & upload of supporting documents.
- Submit applications through Apply Online and follow up with lenders regarding applications.
- Provide client updates with further information/documentation required (if applicable).
- Prepare settlement sheets and offer aftercare services through Acuity Scheduling - 2 months after settlement call, 12 months after settlement call.
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
- You must have a finance background and be open to working anywhere in the Philippines (non-negotiable: you must have your own equipment and stable high-speed connection).
- A real estate experience is preferred.
- You should be an independent and fast learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail is essential, and you must possess at least an associate degree or bachelor's degree in finance/accountancy/banking/real estate or equivalent.
- You should have 1-2 years of experience specializing in accounting/banking/finance or equivalent.
