We are looking for a skilled Software Developer to join our organization at Career TEAM Enterprises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using a range of technologies including Node.js, MongoDb, Next.js, Nest.js, and Docker.

As a founding member of our newly forming team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our software development efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using a range of programming languages and technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and implement software features that meet the needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure software quality and reliability.
  • Participate in regular Scrum ceremonies to ensure timely completion of projects.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience developing with Node.js / MERN stack or equivalent.
  • Working experience with PHP is a strong plus.
  • 2+ years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end).
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, effective collaboration & communication skills.
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker.
  • Experience working on multiple platforms (OS - Linux, Windows).
