About the Role:

The Testing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire software testing process, from initiation to completion.

This encompasses creating and updating test cases, coordinating test runs, leading teams of freelance testers, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage software testing processes from start to finish.
  • Create and update test cases based on testing strategies and project requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage test runs from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor testers and test leads, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to testing best practices.
  • Conduct issue reviews, verify fixed bugs, and maintain updated issue backlogs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to report risks, escalate concerns, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Track and improve project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers.

  • Proven experience in software testing or a related field.
