Job Overview

The IT Deployment Specialist will be responsible for deploying and maintaining client sites, ensuring customization to meet client needs.

  • Deploy and maintain trial and production sites.
  • Customize meeting sites per client requirements, including updating texts, labels, and site features.
  • Update meeting information, logos, banners, and upload downloadable files.
  • Maintain internal system parameters and update dynamic forms.
  • Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools.
  • Provide product usage and sales information.
  • Analyze and route support cases appropriately.
  • Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks.
About the Role

This is a contract employment opportunity with potential for regular employment after 6 months. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields and ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Deploy and Maintain Sites: Deploy and maintain trial and production sites, ensuring they meet client requirements.

Manage Support Cases: Address support cases via phone, email, or online tools, providing timely resolutions.

Conduct Client Training: Conduct client training and perform environmental health checks, ensuring clients are comfortable using our solutions.
