Digital Insurance Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of new and/or existing projects within our operations.
- Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure optimal utilization and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the insurance industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
