Insurance Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Operations Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our insurance business.

  • Job Summary:
  • This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of insurance operations and excellent communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for managing client relationships, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Application Processing: Process insurance applications efficiently and accurately, ensuring all necessary documentation is received and reviewed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, application status, and policy details.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in insurance operations or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in insurance software and systems, including CRM and workflow management tools.
