Main Responsibilities:

  2. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
  3. Customize and configure Servicenow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to enhance system functionality.
  4. Develop and implement integrations between Servicenow and other enterprise systems.
  5. Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Servicenow configurations and integrations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Servicenow Developer.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations on a contractual basis.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical skills, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web development technologies.
