ServiceNow Professionals (Jr/ Sr Developer/ Manager/ Architect)

  • ServiceNow Developer/ Senior/ Business Analyst / Technical Architect (Manager)
  • Shift: Flexible (likely Mid-shift)
  • Location: Philippines (Manila or Cebu)
  • Work Mode: Hybrid, 2 days work from office in a week

ServiceNow Developer:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer/Analyst/Consultant role
  • Experience on end to end project implementation, enhancements, or support with any ServiceNow Module/Portal/Tool

Nice-to-haves:

  • Disciplined Agile Delivery software release build/deploy processes
  • Knowledge of digital technologies like Machine learning, AI, IOT, Blockchain
  • Implementation experience on Performance Analytics.
  • Preferred skill with GRC Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.

ServiceNow Senior Developer:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Developer/Analyst/Consultant role
  • Integrating with internal and external applications and systems
  • Implementation experience on any ServiceNow applications/modules (ex. HR, GRC, SecOps, CSM, PPM, APM, ITOM) – or custom applications
  • Heavy experience on end to end project implementation (at least 1 project)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Implementation experience on Performance Analytics.

ServiceNow BA:

  • Minimum 3-5 relevant years of job-related experience required (prior IT project management experience in planning and implementing enterprise level systems, highly preferred)
  • Experience in IT Service Management processes and tools required
  • Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering required
  • Prior experience in agile methodologies (experience in product management) preferred

ServiceNow Manager:

  • Overall 5-8 years of work experience.
  • Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a product manager or service owner role
  • ITIL Service Manager certification or equivalent work experience a plus
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience is an advantage
  • Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period.
  • 2-5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient presentation skills including use of PowerPoint
  • A working knowledge of Agile Development / Extreme programming methods
  • Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization globally
  • Demonstrate analytical and problem solving skills
  • Work on multiple overlapping projects
