Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auditor to execute remote inspections using the SGS QiiQ technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute remote inspections efficiently upon request from coordinators and verify that all information provided for inspection execution is complete.
  • Comply with inspectors' manual, contract instructions, Initial Assessment Form (IAF), and Inspection Job Order (IJO) for inspection execution.
  • Report inspection results using the standard TFS Inspection Report form.
  • Submit inspection reports on time in accordance with deadlines provided by Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Identify risks during the inspection process and report them to the Inspection Coordinator in accordance with the risk detection guideline.
  • Carefully use tools and materials provided by the company for inspection execution.
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience executing inspections
  • Knowledge of specific product industry or technician/professional level is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Fookien; fluency in other languages is an advantage
