About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented EHS Technical Writer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality, technical safety documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
    • Develop new content as needed to meet changing regulations or client demands.
    • Review and edit existing content for grammatical, spelling, and formatting errors while retaining standard formats.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness of all content created.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest EHS regulations and guidelines, including OSHA and EPA, to ensure compliance in all technical safety documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather information and clarify technical concepts for documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, environmental science, EHS, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the EHS field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
