Job Overview: Proctors administer and oversee standardized exams for students using the Zoom platform. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in education or seeking meaningful work.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare testing materials and monitor students during their exams
  • Meticulously time students across up to five different exam types per session
  • Observe, take notes, and ensure exam protocols are strictly followed
  • Communicate with staff when issues arise during exams

Requirements:

  • Availability of 4–20 hours on Saturdays and Sundays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM PST
  • Flexibility to accept weekday proctoring sessions is a plus
  • No previous proctoring experience required — in-depth training and shadowing opportunities will be provided
  • Prior standardized testing or experience working with middle and high school students is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and receptive to feedback
  • Strict adherence to protocol and professional conduct
  • Exceptional written and spoken English skills, as this is a client-facing position
