Job Description

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the success of our subscription management platform.

  • This role involves implementing and optimizing Zuora's suite of applications, including product catalog setup, pricing, billing rules, and workflows.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with business partners to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and IT, to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Zuora solutions.
  3. Design and configure Zuora applications to meet business requirements.
  4. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  5. Develop and train users on Zuora functionality and best practices.
  6. Assist with data migration and integration efforts, including defining data mapping and validation rules.
  7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Zuora applications.
  8. Stay up to date with the latest Zuora product releases, features, and enhancements.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of Zuora development experience or a similar role using C#.net/Java.
  • Experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
