Job Description

This role is a fantastic opportunity to work on the development of subscription management platforms.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development, with experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.

You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing our subscription management platform, working closely with our business partners to gather requirements and understand their business processes related to subscription management, billing, and revenue recognition.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day coordination of operational activities.
  • Collaborate with our business partners to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
  • Design and configure our application to meet business requirements.
  • Heavy involvement in implementation projects.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide resolution or workarounds.
  • Develop and train users/other support teams on our application.
  • Assist with data migration and integration efforts.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of our application.
  • Stay up to date with the latest product releases and evaluate their applicability to client environments.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of software development experience.
  • Experience in developing features for enterprise-level applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication with different types of audiences.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
