**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our team at JOB MATCHMAKER. This role will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to clients on various corporate compliance matters.

 

**About the Role:**

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of government transactions, including business permit renewals, changes of business name/trade name, line of business/purpose, address, and statutory information updates. They will also have expertise in financial compliance solutions, such as tax filing, BIR compliances, and opening business/corporate bank accounts.

 

**Responsibilities:**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and guidance on corporate compliance matters to clients
  • Assist clients with government transactions, including business permit renewals, changes of business name/trade name, line of business/purpose, address, and statutory information updates
  • Support clients with financial compliance solutions, such as tax filing, BIR compliances, and opening business/corporate bank accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information

 

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should also have a strong understanding of corporate compliance regulations and procedures, as well as experience working with government agencies.

 

**What We Offer:**

As a Senior Corporate Compliance Specialist at JOB MATCHMAKER, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

 

**Estimated Salary Range:**

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum
