As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' businesses remain compliant with government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies. Your expertise will help us maintain a strong reputation and avoid costly penalties.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and update clients' business records with key government agencies
  • Process transactions with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other regulatory bodies
  • Provide expert advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of documents with government agencies
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate laws and regulatory frameworks


Requirements:




  • BS Business Administration or relevant experience
  • Expertise in government transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
