Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming calls, collecting relevant details about potential claims.
- Accurately gather information on Plaintiff particulars, Attorney data, case types, previous litigation fundings, injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine claim validity.
- Input collected data into the case management system and assign leads to Account Executives.
- Deliver outstanding caller experiences to clients.
- Perform additional duties assigned by Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Customer Service Representative in a Business Process Outsource (BPO) environment.
- Strong computer skills (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and internet proficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules.
- Attention to detail
- Meet typing requirements of 40 WPM.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Outstanding customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Able to prioritize workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional data entry and typing skills.
- Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
- Computer (at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent).
