Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vehicle and Dispatch Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of company resources, effective management of vehicle operations, and coordination of driver schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage vehicle requests and schedule drivers accordingly.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance, expenses, and registrations.
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations regarding vehicle maintenance, safety inspections, and emissions standards.
  • Coordinate with drivers, stakeholders, and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Office Administration, Office Management, or Business-related courses.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage complex tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with drivers, maintenance staff, and clients/stakeholders.
  • Active driver's license and experience in fleet management or related fields is an advantage.
