  • In charge of creating informative job postings through online portals, sourcing and screening applicants' resumes based on the requirements needed by the requesting department, utilizing effective time management skills to meet deadlines.
  • Conducts interviews with candidates and makes valued recommendations to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit and adherence to defined job specifications per position, providing objective feedback to enhance the candidate selection process.
  • Ensures that account-specific recruitment activities are aligned with the overall HR-Recruitment Policies and Procedures, maintaining compliance and adhering to established guidelines.
  • Provides timely and accurate feedback to the recruiting unit on the status of their hiring requests, facilitating efficient decision-making and minimizing delays.
  • Ensures that the applicant tracker is maintained, streamlining the recruitment process and enabling data-driven insights for future improvements.
  • Invites and schedules qualified applicants for interviews, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster a positive candidate experience.
  • Proactively coordinates with Hiring Managers for final interviews and follows up on the interview status, demonstrating a proactive approach to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provides feedback to applicants regarding the status of their applications, maintaining transparency and open communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Schedules newly hired applicants for job offers, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and setting them up for success in their new roles.
  • Coordinates and consolidates pre-employment requirements for candidates expected to start employment, streamlining the onboarding process and reducing administrative burdens.
  • Schedules successful candidates for orientation and conducts orientation (Juan Payroll and company orientation), empowering new employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Schedules and coordinates contract signing of newly hired employees to the Agency, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and signed in a timely manner.
  • Provides monthly reports on the status of recruitment hiring (closed/open), analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement to optimize the recruitment process.
  • In charge of the requisition of laptops for newly hired employees, ensuring all necessary equipment is provided to support employee productivity and success.
