Job Summary

As a highly skilled bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing various accounting tasks, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process XERO Payroll, including processing timesheets, superannuation, and PAYG compliance
  • Handle bank reconciliation and Balance Sheet reconciliation
  • Process bills using DEXT and Hubdocs
  • Prepare payables and receivables reports
  • Manage sales invoicing
  • Conduct XERO Projects tracking and reporting
  • Complete end-to-end preparation of BAS/IAS
  • Prepare management reports, cashflow forecasts, and budgets
  • Manage the client accounts email inbox
  • Provide a high level of professional service to clients in an accurate and timely manner
  • Deliver quality bookkeeping tasks and report on any problem areas
RequirementsNon-negotiables
  • Bookkeeping experience with Australian clients
  • Proficiency in Xero and experience using DEXT or Hubdocs
  • Experience with Xero payroll, reconciliations, invoicing, and BAS/IAS preparation and reporting
  • Experience with cash flow forecasting and budget preparation
  • Experience in Xero Projects tracking and reporting
