Software Test Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer to join our team at Azeus.

About the Role
  • Aquire a deep understanding of assigned product features from a business, end-user, and technical perspective.
  • Identify risks, issues, and problems on the product feature and propose mitigation steps.
  • Prepare test strategy, test design, and test specifications for full testing cycle of the feature.
  • Manage a pool of testers to execute needed tests.
  • Own and be point person for assigned product feature.
  • Account for and review quality of assigned product feature.
  • Prepare documentations and conduct demonstrations of the product feature.

You will collaborate with support team, sales team, marketing team, and development team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree holder in any course willing to pursue career in IT.
  • Analytical and problem solver.
  • Accurate with keen attention to details.
  • Autonomous thinker with experience in managing own tasks under strict deadlines.
  • Organized.
  • Leader and team player.
Career Development Opportunities

Our comprehensive training program provides hands-on experience simulating actual project scenarios. Training lasts one and a half to two months after which you will be deployed into new projects guided by a mentor during probationary period.

Job Advancement Possibilities

Skilled and experienced testers take on additional roles and responsibilities in projects and company based on past performance and demonstrated capabilities. They may become mentors, lead testers or team leaders.

Senior testers also conduct training and process improvement activities within the company. There are opportunities for training and working abroad depending on project needs.
