Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced PPC Team Lead to join our team.

This leadership role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will lead a team of analysts and be responsible for managing paid media accounts, optimizing campaigns, and meeting performance targets.

The PPC Team Lead will work closely with the Executive Team to prioritize goals and develop strategies to achieve them. They will also provide coaching and mentoring to team members, ensuring their continued growth and development.

A key aspect of this role is the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs.

In addition to technical skills, the PPC Team Lead will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of analysts and manage paid media accounts

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads and Google Ads Editor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
