The role of Marketing Coordinator is a dynamic position within our digital marketing agency, specializing in SEO and PPC advertising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular client communications via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Manage ongoing client projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to execute client campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address concerns to maintain positive relationships.
  • Recognize early warning signs of client dissatisfaction and implement appropriate de-escalation strategies.
Essential Skills
  • Near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience at digital marketing agencies supporting SEO and PPC operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of digital advertising and SEO fundamentals (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO best practices).
  • Proven experience in agency client relationship management and understanding of agency workflow dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, social media insights, or marketing automation software).
