We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to lead our marketing initiatives from end to end.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and own the digital marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to identify trends and opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs), track results, and iterate rapidly to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Present ideas and plans confidently to senior stakeholders and management.
  • Be prepared to lead and mentor additional marketing hires in future as the business scales.
Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
  • Create and manage high-converting landing pages, lead magnets, and email funnels that drive conversions.
  • Optimize conversion rates across the entire funnel, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Content Creation & Management
  • Lead the ideation and creation of high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, social media posts, emails, and video briefs that resonate with target audiences.
  • Manage and repurpose content across platforms to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal or freelance creatives for visual and written content production as needed.
Campaign Execution & Management
  • Run paid ad campaigns from start to finish, including creative direction, A/B testing, and ongoing optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Schedule, publish, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms to maintain consistency and engagement.
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve creative and targeting strategies.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor and report on marketing KPIs, including cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and other relevant metrics.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and HubSpot to gather and interpret data, providing actionable insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrable experience managing successful campaigns across social media, search engines, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, creative direction, and content strategy skills, with the ability to develop compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, pipeline reporting, and lead nurturing.
  • Advanced understanding of analytics platforms, including Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and UTM tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and plans confidently to senior stakeholders and management.
  • A portfolio or case studies showcasing tangible results delivered in previous roles.
  • Confidence and potential to manage a small marketing team in future, with a clear vision for growth and development.
