Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the growth of our commercial mid-market segment and small reseller segment.

Our Vista Corporate Solutions (VCS) suite of solutions includes ProShop and ProAdvantage, designed to help companies overcome logistical challenges and ensure brand consistency.

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you'll be responsible for retaining and developing high-potential accounts, operating as the lead point of contact, and onboarding partners to transition them from a newly launched status.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Research clients' company updates to stay informed about rebranding, organization changes, print needs, seasonality, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships through timely and successful delivery of solutions according to partner needs and objectives.
  • Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track account metrics, reviewing sales reports to determine account management strategy within your portfolio of accounts.
  • Effectively handle escalations and difficult conversations independently.
  • Document sales opportunities with partners in Salesforce to leverage conversations in future calls.
  • Leverage cross-functional teams to assist with growth opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Account Management experience
  • Experience with or knowledge of Salesforce or any related CRM tool
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Experience working in an environment with strong commercial targets
  • Customer-facing experience (sales, retail)
