Job Description

As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your expertise will be essential in crafting and maintaining corporate governance documents, providing clear guidance on corporate structure and jurisdictional considerations, and ensuring contract terms are protective of the company's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Craft and maintain corporate governance documents.
  • Provide clear guidance on corporate structure and jurisdictional considerations.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts.
  • Manage contract lifecycles and ensure compliance tracking.
  • Work closely with external counsel to protect company interests.
  • Provide strategic advice on resolving disputes efficiently.
  • Support protection, management, and enforcement of the company's intellectual property.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal admin.
  • Prior work in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms.
  • Exposure to contract work, cross-border documentation, or research-heavy roles.
  • Strong professional judgment and ability to communicate clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
