Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their issues
Requirements:
- HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and Internet browsing
