Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to our legal team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for performing various operations support tasks, including providing comprehensive support to the legal team, conducting internal records reviews, scheduling training sessions, and preparing fortnightly schedules and reports.

The successful candidate will also assist in implementing and improving operational processes and workflows, as well as tracking and managing client conflict resolution efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or administrative support role
  • Experience in operations support, record management, or client service is a plus
  • Relevant certifications in administrative support or legal assistance are a plus
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
