We are currently seeking a skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our 6-week website rebuild project and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident in managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project by collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Draft and schedule social media content (main focus) and EDM campaigns to engage our target audience and drive business results.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials, aligning with our company's overall strategy.
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, with a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media and EDMs, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds, with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
