Job Description:

As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the marketing efforts of our entertainment shows and international online coaching app launch. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting our November circus show through ticket sales, ad campaigns, and hype building.

Assist with Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign tracking to drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, provide international marketing support for coaching workshops and app launch targeting the USA and Europe.

Key tasks will include building and managing funnels, lead capture systems, and audience segmentation. Grow and utilize email lists for shows, studios, and app audiences.

Draft and schedule email campaigns and newsletters to maintain engagement and conversions. Contribute to pre-launch strategy for the online coaching app, including lead capture and audience nurturing.

Assist in driving sign-ups and trials post-launch and coordinate marketing activities across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google.

  • Provide general administrative assistance to ease the founder's workload
  • Collaborate with the social media manager as part of the marketing team
  • Offer strategic input by suggesting improvements and marketing ideas

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing and virtual assistance is essential. A strong knowledge of lead capture, funnels, and automation tools is also required.

Experience running or supporting Google Ads, social media ads, and campaign reporting is necessary. Familiarity with content-driven platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Google, is a must.

A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and provide strategic suggestions is expected. Strong communication skills, responsiveness, and reliability are also essential.

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, availability to align with Brisbane, Australia hours, is preferred.
