Job Description:

As a key member of our team, the Order Fulfillment CSR will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our dispatch operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire dispatch process, from arranging delivery paths to liaising with contractors and maintaining high morale among team members.

This leadership role will also encompass managing all aspects of the Dispatch and Deliveries team, including process improvement, change management, financial management, and health & safety.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain composure under stressful work situations.

We are seeking a self-starter who is driven to succeed and has a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a customer service role and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
