**Job Title:** Marketing & Design Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and self-driven professional to fill the role of Marketing & Design Coordinator. This part-time position offers growth potential and the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from brochures and catalogues to social media and event materials.

In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business results. You will be responsible for creating, updating, and formatting marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, seasonal promotional materials, catalogues, and business cards.

You will also manage website content updates, schedule and post social media content, source promotional gear/merchandise, and liaise with suppliers and other third parties as needed.

This is an ideal role for someone with 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field. You should have strong design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher, as well as experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues.

You should also be familiar with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates, knowledgeable about social media platforms and scheduling tools, and have excellent written and spoken English skills.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or a similar field
  • Strong design skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer/Publisher
  • Experience creating print-ready artwork for flyers, brochures, and catalogues
  • Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS for basic website updates
  • Knowledgeable about social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
