Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design skills, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who enjoys working across multiple projects and has a passion for designing marketing assets such as event invitations, trade show graphics, social media content, website visuals, and client presentation materials.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce marketing materials that align with our brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update internal content platforms like the company intranet.
  • Support brand consistency across all offices and marketing deliverables.
  • Assist with bid document creation and layout.
  • Organize and maintain bid-related materials using tools like Ceros.
  • Utilize project management tools like Monday.com to coordinate and track marketing projects and tasks.
  • Maintain databases for photography, case studies, and other marketing content.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong English verbal and written skills.
  • Experience as a Marketing or Design Coordinator.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
