To ensure seamless operational flow, we require a meticulous Document Coordinator to oversee records, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and maintain adherence to established standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Organize and categorize documents (Trip Ticket, Load Manifest, Pick List, Pull-out Form)
  • Promptly transmit Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt
  • Efficiently process SAP transactions
  • Collaborate with the delivery crew to address delivery concerns
  • Distribute accurate documents to personnel or departments in a timely manner
  • E nsure complete transmission of Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipt to the Accounts Receivable team
  • Maintain systematic filing and record-keeping of logistics documents
  • Support audit requirements and other tasks assigned by senior management
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, logistics, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in logistics, documentation, or related field
  • Knowledge of fundamental logistics processes and documentation requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is an advantage
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
