The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for managing the administration and compliance of Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Employment Insurance (EI) benefits for employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accurate enrollment, deductions, and remittances related to CPP and EI contributions.
  • Coordinating the enrollment process for CPP and EI benefits, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • CALCULATING AND DEDUCTING CPP and EI contributions from employee wages in accordance with statutory rates and income thresholds.
