Job Overview:

This full-time role is part of our dynamic customer-focused environment, where you'll collaborate with esteemed professionals in software and hardware engineering to maintain all aspects of engineering development infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Providing expert support on development tools used by SW and HW engineering groups
  2. Troubleshooting IT incidents affecting engineering development

Qualification Requirements:

  1. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends on rotations
  2. 3+ years of related experience with a bachelor's degree related to information technology
  3. Expertise in programming languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl, Bash, and PowerShell
  4. Working knowledge of GitHub and Jira
  5. Working knowledge of different types of RDBMS, with PostgreSQL being preferred
  6. Strong Windows administration skills
  7. Excellent customer service skills with previous HelpDesk experience

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with CloudBees CD/RO
  2. Proficiency in various Source Control Management systems (e.g., Git, AccuRev, ClearCase, SVN)
  3. Knowledge of Kubernetes deployment and compute virtualization technologies such as VMWare
  4. Familiarity with Azure and AWS cloud computing
  5. FlexLM License management expertise
  6. Background in Software Build and Release processes
