Job Description

This role is designed for ambitious individuals who are eager to dive deep into brand creation and development. As a management trainee, you will:

  • Participate in the initial stages of brand creation, including market research and product development
  • Work closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy
  • Assist in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of the brand, including assortment growth and platform expansion

After completing your first year, you will be assigned to either the Brand Incubation Team or the Brand Scaling Team, depending on your skills and interests.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and enthusiasm about brand development and market dynamics
  • The ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, and self-motivation, forward-thinking, and problem-solving skills
