The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies for individual clients. They will engage in daily SEO analysis and strategy to drive performance results. Regular attendance and participation in internal sprint meetings and client calls will support the Account Manager in fostering client confidence. The successful candidate will prioritize critical tasks, finding efficiencies through automation and delegation to support team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own strategic decisions within organic search optimization including technical SEO, on-page optimizations, and linking development.
  • Execute our playbook for the particular client industry.
  • Ensure account execution follows our First Principles methodology.
  • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Own and delegate SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework.
  • Ideate experiments for client accounts designed to produce the highest likelihood of performance improvement.
  • Work with design and editing partners to ensure content is using the most search-friendly creative.
  • Act as Quality Assurance for all conversion tracking, quickly identifying breaks that would render reporting less valuable.
  • Document client-specific tasks for delegation to other team members.
  • Attend client meetings as subject matter expert.
  • Audit other client accounts and prospect accounts for opportunity harvesting and strategy validation.
  • Contribute to iterative documentation improvements of industry team and organic search discipline.
  • Manage SEO campaigns across multiple brands and accounts, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment.
  • Implement cohesive, multi-platform SEO strategies that enhance organic visibility and support overall digital marketing goals.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the modern digital customer acquisition funnel and its intersection with SEO tactics.
