Campaign Marketing Specialist

This role involves supporting the execution of marketing campaigns by planning, executing, and tracking results to generate leads for the sales team.
- Assist in campaign planning: Support market research and competitor analysis to shape effective strategies, and help develop campaign themes and messaging aligned with the target audience.
- Run digital marketing campaigns: Assist in content creation and scheduling for social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, as well as email marketing and SEO & content marketing.
- Support paid advertising: Assist with the setup and reporting of Google Ads campaigns, and contribute to publishing optimized blog posts and other content.
- Content creation: Generate ideas, write, and edit content for campaigns, including ad copy and web content.
- Event marketing support: Assist with on-site logistics and content creation for virtual and in-person events.
- Performance monitoring: Help track campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports.
Key qualifications include 1-2 years of experience in marketing, a focus on campaign management or digital marketing, a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms, strong writing skills, an eye for design, and basic ability to interpret data and assist in optimizing campaign performance.
