We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and grow our market data business while managing customer accounts and ensuring data quality and integrity.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating, monitoring, and maintaining databases related to the stock market and listed companies; generating reports from the data.
  • They will support the development of new databases, templates, and programs to expand our data bank.
  • This role involves serving as primary liaison and relationship manager to assigned market data customers; coordinating with relevant units for stakeholder needs.
  • The candidate must respond promptly to customer requests and queries, including contract processing; ensure accuracy and completeness of procedures and documentation.
  • They will monitor global market data industry developments; conduct research on peer exchanges.
  • Using technical and business knowledge, they will recommend positioning and direction for the Exchange; formulate proposals for new products and enhancements.
  • Assistance in formulating policies, procedures, and solutions impacting Market Data's data management and service, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives of quality, cost, and efficiency is required.
About You

We are looking for:

  • A degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or Management.
  • Zero to three years of experience, preferably in a financial environment.
  • Knowledge of market data products and services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., MS Excel) and STATA.
