The Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager will be accountable for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap to enhance and transform the company's global talent acquisition capabilities.
This role involves driving process improvements within a fast-paced environment, tracking and developing metrics and reporting, and demonstrating the business case for important talent acquisition initiatives.
- Oversight of talent acquisition process evolution towards a strategic, consultative, and proactive partnering with the business.
- Partnering with L&D, recruiters, hiring managers, and HRBPs to build programs that continually improve the organization's capabilities to engage, assess, and hire top talent.
- Exploring latest recruitment practices and methods to find innovative solutions to overcome hiring barriers.
- Aligning talent acquisition process with EVP/Employer Brand for an effective and consistent candidate experience.
- Leading process improvement initiatives to meet changing organizational needs and remove obstacles to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Job Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Demonstrated talent acquisition expertise on a global level with deep understanding of contemporary best practices.
- Success aligning large-scale global talent acquisition initiatives to drive business goals.
- Prior experience working in a global role and establishing effective relationships with leaders, executives, hiring managers, and HRBPs.
- Strong background in establishing and managing meaningful metrics to drive improvement and results.
Key Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to obtain, verify, and evaluate general and statistical information.
