The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in finance, lending, or a related field, and have prior experience with paraplanning in Australia. Proficiency in Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft would also be beneficial for this role.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and lodging forms and documentation, tracking implementation tasks, managing internal databases, drafting emails, and assisting with report generation. You will also communicate effectively with providers and ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted.
