Financial Planning Analyst

This is a financial planning role that requires expertise in expense management, coding accuracy, internal documentation, and financial reporting.

  • Ensure accurate categorization of corporate spend by account and department before month-end close.
  • Verify card transactions through reconciliation using tools such as Ramp or other systems.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues in expense classification and propose solutions to reduce errors at the source.
  • Monitor and validate key expense types including software, sales & marketing, consulting, and contractor payments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or operations support roles.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Excel skills with working knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data cleanup techniques.
  • Comfort communicating with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and clarify procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage recurring deadlines.
