Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis to drive budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.

This role is responsible for leading the development of financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to support business growth and maintain strong financial health. The successful candidate will provide regular financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to management, as well as build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports.

The FP&A Analyst will analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key KPIs, including gross margins, billable hours, utilization, and placement rates. They will also perform variance analysis, scenario planning, and ad-hoc projects to ensure timely and accurate data integration and reporting within our financial systems.

Additionally, the FP&A Analyst will partner with operations, sales, and HR teams to understand financial drivers in staffing and workforce deployment. They will support strategic initiatives by evaluating investment opportunities, cost-saving measures, and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CMA, MBA a plus)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles; staffing/services experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, ERP/BI tools)
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
