At our company, we empower people to drive greater business value with scalable technology. As a Senior or Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you'll be responsible for designing and deploying high-quality solutions across various industries.

This role is ideal for someone proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and OmniStudio, with experience working within fast-paced Agile environments.

Key responsibilities include developing and configuring custom Salesforce solutions, translating solution designs into scalable code, integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and collaborating with Solution Architects and Functional Consultants.

Implementation and testing involve building and deploying features across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, writing unit tests, and participating in peer code reviews.

Troubleshooting and support require debugging and resolving development and post-deployment issues, providing technical support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and go-live phases, and contributing to ongoing optimisation and support of existing Salesforce solutions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline—or equivalent work experience
  • Proven Salesforce development experience with a successful track record of project delivery, ideally in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Proficiency in LWC, OmniStudio, Apex, and Flows
  • Experience with custom development and integration of Salesforce with external systems
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps for pipelines and deployments is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and key clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or additional Salesforce certifications highly regarded
