**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Institutional Sales Officer to join our team at First Metro Securities Brokerage Corporation. As an Institutional Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating revenues through client acquisition and servicing clients by providing investment and trading advice while monitoring the financial markets and the client's orders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage current business relationships with institutional clients and expand the company's institutional client base.
  • Represent the company by actively participating in industry and client conferences, seminars, and trade events.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, product demos, and other sales activities.
  • Closely monitor all market trends and analyze and respond to developing opportunities and threats that may impact the business.

**Qualifications:**

To be successful as an Institutional Sales Officer, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in economics, financial management, or any related course. A Master's degree, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Securities Representative is an advantage.
  • At least 4-6 years' extensive experience in institutional equity sales or equity research.
  • Sound knowledge of capital markets (debt and equity markets, both local and global) and the ability to interpret implications for investment decisions.
