Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular training sessions for trainees, ensuring they understand key processes and procedures.
  • Collaborating with co-trainers and managers to develop and implement training plans that meet business objectives.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of training materials and creating an action plan for improvement.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to trainees to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track individual representative progress and overall training program effectiveness.
