Job Title: Account Development Representative

We are seeking a highly driven individual to generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach. You will be responsible for cold calling, emailing, and texting prospects using provided scripts, setting appointments, and nurturing past leads via CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cold calls (script provided) to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  • Prospect daily via calls/emails/texts using real estate platforms (Zillow, RedFin, etc.).
  • Convert social media inquiries into appointments.
  • Update and maintain CRM records with lead statuses/notes.
  • Nurture past leads through follow-ups and query resolution.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle objections.
  • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, especially in maintaining accurate lead notes and statuses.
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
