Full-Time Financial Operations Specialist

This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to report to the Admin Manager in financial and office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero Accounting software, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements using Xero accounting system.
- Enter bills to Xero, ensure data accuracy, and maintain supplier accounts.
- General bookkeeping, including reconciliations and financial statement preparation.
- Manage payroll, superannuation payments, and Single Touch Payroll compliance.
- BAS reporting and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Xero Accounting Software.
- 3+ years of experience with Xero Accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and flexible, with excellent time management skills.
This is a full-time role with fixed shift times and a high level of professionalism and accountability required. You will be expected to use time tracking software during work hours and actively participate in team and client calls with your camera on.
